Mr. R. Patrick Saul
General Manager & Owner

R. Patrick Saul is a former auto executive with years of experience within GM in multiple roles; Mr. Saul was recognized for the successful implementation of creative new technologies in manufacturing operations and for advancing GM’s Global Die Engineering Operations across North America, Europe, South America, China and Korea.

On retiring in 2005, Mr. Saul launched a RPS Quality Solutions LLC, a Business Process Consulting Company providing Strategic and Technical Consulting in the Automotive Sector.

During this time he served as Advisor to Board of Directors of CogniTens LTD, Israeli Venture Capital Company offering “Disruptive and Innovative” Technology Solutions for 3D Non-Contact Optical Dimensional Measurement -- until CogniTens was acquired OCT 2007 by Hexagon Metrology Group. Mr. Saul continued with Hexagon China to develop market awareness and appreciation for this Full Process Solution.

In 2008, Mr. Saul co-founded Gate2China LTD to focus on New Technology Deployments in Emerging Markets. Gate2China leverages the experience and skill of global partners and associates to effectively introduce the Value Proposition of new technologies in Full Solution Deployments that generate measurable value to the customer by replacing legacy solutions.

In 2009, Mr. Saul founded Pacific Automotive International LLC (PAI-LLC.com) to provide Global Automotive Solutions and Services, specializing in the deployment of experience automotive engineers and managers to address growth need in developing automotive OEM’s and Tier Ones. PAI offers complete project executions, engineering services and training, and executive search/recruiting solutions.
